Design Selections

We have spent hours and hours at the design center over the past month selecting finishes, counter tops, knobs, door pulls, floors etc.  We had no idea how detailed this process would be.  I have loved it!  Here are some of the items we have selected.

Butler's Pantry on the left, and Kitchen on the right

This is basically what our Kitchen will look like, except we are opting to put double ovens in the wall and we will put the microwave in the island. These are the cabinets we chose, along with the molding, backsplash and granite. This house is our floorplan, however we are also opting to put a butler's pantry in lieu of another closet between the kitchen and dining room.  We haven't seen this in a house with our floorplan yet, so we are excited to see how it turns out in the end!
Through the open doorway (picture on left) is the mudroom and laundry room.  I chose these cute ladybug knobs for the laundry room, along with the walnut tile for the floor and cocoa corian for the laundry room sink.
Jack and Jill Bath (left) and Powder Room (Right)
Master bath (left) and upstairs hall bath (right)- We are still deciding on the specific door knobs for these two rooms, but you get the idea.
This picture is the exact layout of our Master bath, however we chose a slightly different granite and will choose different hardware
That's just a little taste!  There have been MANY more decisions.  Elisa, the designer, has been so sweet and patient with us!

Lastly, Chris's Aunt Grey has been helping us get our townhouse ready for the market.  It's officially  "For Sale" as of today.  Thanks, Grey!
