We celebrated Chris and Mark this past weekend. Chris turns 31 today (9/23) and Mark turns 61 on Thursday (9/25). We didn't exactly do a huge party like last year (you can see that post here), but we did have everyone to our house this past Saturday to celebrate.
Chris woke up at 5am to start cooking (smoking) a pork butt. It turned out great. I feel like we will be eating BBQ for weeks!
