Get ready for a good laugh people! Chris, Tommy, Chase, Bert (the fish) and I are moving into a 768 sqft 1 bedroom apartment for 3 months. Has anyone rented in a while?! Well it's insane what they charge these days, especially for a 3 month lease. Not to mention, July is the busiest move month of the year, so most places don't even have anything available. On that note, we had also planned to rent a POD to avoid packing, unpacking, packing again and unpacking again. Well guess what... Raleigh has the largest market share of PODS and they are sold out. PERFECT!
Ok, enough griping. We were lucky to find an apartment AND we found a lovely climate controlled storage unit semi-close to the apartment and new house. We will move the majority of our house into the unit and only take essentials to the apartment (Chancery Village). I am looking forward to the saltwater pool, cabanas, and unlimited free Starbucks coffee!

After getting the apartment situation figured out, we drove by our new house. The low voltage wiring vendor was working very diligently at 6pm on a Friday. Once again, the vendor was not using an updated floor plan so it was a good thing that we drove by and told him where the correct wires should be going...
Chris's "Command Center" is really coming together! The wiring guy even said "your house is going to be very smart!" That probably made Chris's day. This is the closet in the downstairs office where everything is going to be centralized to. I don't really know what that means, so I just call it his Command Center.
