St. Peter's Square and Basilica, Vatican, Sistine Chapel, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain (yes, it was a busy day)!
We spent a lot of time in churches on the trip, but St. Peter's was by far the most impressive!

We did a TON of walking in Rome, so we ate extra at dinner. The cheese wheel below is a variety of goat cheeses. You start with the most mild and work your way around to the most flavor/strength. I loved it, but Chris asked "where's the bread?!" when it came out. He ended up enjoying it though :)

Don't worry, we weren't listening to music. Rick Steves had free audio tours available online with the books that we had. Each night we would plan out which sites we would see the next day and then download the corresponding tour onto our ipods. We loved it! It gave us so much history and perspective that we wouldn't have gotten anywhere else for FREE... and we could do the tours on our own time!

That's a wrap on our European adventure. It was a great time- We both came home feeling like we needed a vacation from our vacation! We have been very busy since we got home. House updates to come soon.
